New Service Request

To estabish a New Service Request, please provide a valid form of ID, social security number, and either a rent receipt, lease agreement, or proof of property ownership.

Please note that any outstanding water bill balances in your name must be paid in full before a new water service can be activated.

To complete this process, you will need to come to our office at 1604 South Main Street in Crossett, AR 71635.
